Non receipt of cost of ticket

Sir,

1. Three tickets in the name of following personnel were purchased from your Varanasi office vide PNR No C2G9BI on 04 Jun 10:_

(a) Pama, JS

(b) Pama, SS

(c) Panigrag, Col

2. Rs 35034.00 required to be refunded was not handed over to us, rather promosied to be sending by post within 15 days seems to be a big lie. When checked up from various agencies of your office right upto your corporate office, every a day there used to be a lie stating that cheque is being sent, already sent, today sent by first flight courier, and when asked about the details of cheque No and courier PNR No, there appears to be no answer.

3. We are waiting for another two days, if cheque is not received, I have no doubts in my mind to sue you in the appropriate court of law.

4. Take it for the information of your stupid airlines that none of us from our fraternity would ever travel in your bogus aircraft. My email id is mathewka43@gmail.com
