Irregularity overcharging on new connections & forcefully sale of hot plates

we are elected member of our muncipal council in city dinanagar dist gurdaspur punjab we have lots of complaints against a lpg gas agency which is in our city named dinanagar gas agency alloted from hpcl company which was the most reputated & responsible company in our country. we lounge a complaint against agency so many times from mail & company give us a comp no 09020943&09021441 but there is no change in agency in irregularity of gas overcharging on new conections & forcefully sale of hot plates to consummers but nothing has been done from hpcl also which are very shameful for such a reputated company.we also complaint in hpcl vigilence department on 18/12/09 & comp no is 00000191but they did not give any type of response from there side finaly we longe one more complaint regarding are comp no 00000191 but vigilence depatment also ignore us now we think that which has been done in agency is company (hpcl) policy to cheat the consummers & due to this finaly we are demonstrating on 12/01/10 in dinanagar gas agency we are not responcible of any type of inconvenience thank you my contact no is 09463969528
