Efund of failed transaction

Dear Sir,

I was trying to book helicopter of GLOBAL VECTRA for dated 03/05 at 11.10 am but unfortunately the amount has been deducted by the Bank and the transaction is not showing-up in the “Devotee Zone”, and no reservation is allotted against the Failure transaction. i have booked on 3 April at 00:27:27 hrs through ICICI bank credit card. my userid is "shridon"

Hence i request yourself goodself to kindly refund me Rs. 2841.46 against reservation of 4 passengers at the earliest
