Deccan Helicopter Ticket booked for Vaishnavdevi through Shine Board
Non cancellation of Booking eventhough communinated on time

I have booked my helicopter booking for Katra to sanjichat and return (for 11th and 12 May) through mata vaishnav devi shrine board on 6th May 08 for 3 person. On mail i have given request on cancellation on 8th May 08, at site it was clearly mentioned that for cancellation i have to call deccan aviation, i have called to deccan aviation, they told me that as ticket is booked by shrine board, hence cancellation also will be done by then only through shrine board request. I mailed to Helpdesk on 8th may for cancellation for my ticket, helpdesk has not forwarded my cancellation request to deccan avaiation and more they have sent me the confirmed ticket on 10th may. as i was not in town during 9th to 13th may 08. so i could not access my mail. Neither shrine board nor deccan aviation is giving me the refund of Rs 7500/-(Apprxo) for my ticket, i have personally visit to shrine board on 16th june, but they are not agree on refund, i have sent several mail to them but no body is helping
