Batery damage within warranty period but not replaced

Mahindra Bolero Plus No. WB-19D 5248, Veh. Sr. No.82H18384, Eng. No. GB84H47346 Purchased from Mohan Motor Dealers (P) Ltd. Kolkata on 12/12/08.There is a starting problem due to battery part no1703308821525 12V Battery (Amaron) 65D26R and after all testing when I complain on 12/12/09 the dealer Maruti Point Kolkata did not replace the battery and the Company dealer Mohan Motor & Shree Automobiles also not provide any support and I have to purchased new battery.
