Mahindra bolero
Not delivered in time

Sir, I am Sawaranjit kaur W/o Capt. Kirpal singh Randhawa, resident of 60 New Officer colony, Patiala. I had planned to buy a Mahindra Bolero SLX, so I booked it on 5th January at Authorized dealer Raj vehicles, Rajpura road, Patiala with amount 40, 000. They committed to give the delivery by 5th February but they didn't do so. Then I cancelled my booking and took my amount back. Later I booked the bolero at Swami Automobiles pvt. ltd. Chandigarh with full amount, i.e. 6, 30, 000 on dated, 8th February. Swami Automobiles committed with me to deliver the car within 4 or 5 days. But till date, i.e. 27th February, i haven't received the delivery. I request you to help me in any possible way and take serious actions against this. I also request you to suggest me that what should I do now.
