Excise refund

Hello Sir

I had purchased a Mahindra Bolero (slx) from basanti Automobiles, balasore (odisha) on 1 august. My vehicle is registered under taxi category from RTO bhadrak, number OR22E7655, and as per the rules an amount of Rs 45, 000 should be refunded to me for the EXCISE DUTY REFUND. Its almost 3 months now but no action has been noticed from your company regarding this issue.

I have been to the showroom many times but the response from the Mahindra showroom staff was not satisfactory.
