Mahindra Bolero SLX
Authorised dealer not giving me booking number of my mahindra boleros

I booked four mahindra bolero slx at Modern Motors, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana against cheque no.574781 dt. 14-01 for Rs. 20, 000/- drawn on SBI, New Court, Ludhiana. It was promised at that the agency will deliver me one vehicles within three days. This is for your kind information that till date no vehicle has not been delivered by the said dealer. Uncounted and frequent phone calls alongwith personal visits has not resulted so far. It is pertinant to mention here that till date dealer is not providing my booking number. I´m afraid they people are adjusting or obliging some other customers who are ready to take accessories of worth Rs.10, 000/- which is a usual practise these days. Kindly help me immediately as these vehicles were supposed to gift my niece and daughter on 28-01 but all the planning has gone in vain.

Please intervene as i have started feeling that the above episode is enough to go in CONSUMER COURT.
