SIR,

I GOT MY MAHINDRA SCORPIO (DL-1CM- 2024) SERVICED FROM SRI DURGA AUTOMOBILES ON 13/10/10. THEY HAVE CHARGED ME 9000 Rs. ON SERVICE, FOR WASHING THEY DID NOT EVEN OPENED MY BONNET, FROM INSIDE THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANY DRY AIR CLEANING, IT IS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS I HAVE GIVEN THEM BEFORE SERVICE, UNDERNEATH THEY DID NOT WASH .

I THINK THEY ARE WORKING ABOVE THERE CAPACITY AND NOT GIVING SATISFACTORY SERVICES TO THEIR CONSUMERS.

PLEASE HELP US SO THAT I GET WHAT I HAVE PAID TO THEM
