Service & warranty

To whom so ever it may concern.

i bought a Mahindra Scorpio VLX in May, from Priyadarshi Motors Patna,

>the car's CRUSE CONTROL system stopped working, when it was sent to the service center at the very Priyadarshi Motors, they found a Gear switch needed replacement it took them the whole day to do the needful n later i was shocked to here that its not covered under warranty.

When i sent a complain to the manager he replied "electrical part ka koi bharosa nai hota hai" hahahaha

after arguing with him he gave me an offer to adjust the same later..

Really don't know when will Mahindra & Mahindra will start taking service seriously.

Even these guys did't consider poplar shaft's bearing under warranty.
