Eckless employees at dealer point

I gave my Mahindra Scorpio to M/s Sonali Auto, authorized dealer for Scorpio sale and service on 31st of August. The major complaints to be rectified were of (1) complete checkup of the suspension (2) checkup of AC malfunction and (3) check up for the reasons of the Engine getting overheated.

The service people said the above shall take 4 to 5 days. They gave a mobile number to enquire the status of the repair work as and when required. Now it is the tenth day when the said mobile when given a ring goes unanswered or the call is abruptly hung on the other side. The land lines of the Dealer also go unattended.

At the dealers point read a poster from Mahindra with the caption " WITH YOU HAMESHA".

On the above one gets the feeling of being more comfortable with the rectified caption of "WITHOUT YOU HAMESHA"
