Refund for cancelled Ticket

I had booked three tickets from

Hyderabad to Bangalore on the 6th July Booking ID FLT000016834107

Bangalore to Camibotor on 8th July Booking ID - FLT000016835043

Camibator to Hydrabad on 9 th July. Booking ID - FLT000016834871

On the 5th I had decided to cancel my trip due to some personal matter.

On the 5th July at about 8:30 pm I logged on to the site www.makemytrip.com to cancel my tickets Bangalore to Coimbatore and Coimbatore to Hyderabad, for which I had received the cancellation conformations. The same night I cancelled my Hyderabad to Bangalore ticket at about 12:30am. I received a sms conformation.

The next i.e. 6th July I received confirmation that my refund is being processed for 2 sectors only. I called make my trip and informed the same and enquired about my Hyd to Bangalore ticket refund and to my surprise I was told that I have never cancelled the ticket and I’m not entitled for any refund.

I had a very bad experience with these guys.

If I still don’t get any response I will file my complain with the consumer court.
