Refund amount after cancellation of booking

Dear Sir /Madam

Please note that I have sent an request for cancellation of international flight booking which was scheduled from Kolkata to Bangkok on 18th Dec and return to Kolkata on 22nd Dec through make my trip. My booking I.D. Is FLTINT10008932406. I have asked to cancel this particular booking on 22.11.2010. Till date I have not received the refund amount of Rs 23, 000/-. Every day I am said that within 24 hours, or sometimes 72 hours it will be done. Since it is a huge amount, i am worried.

I need your assistance in this matter.
