Dear MAUTI Team,

I am highly disappointed from ur True Value service. I have purchese Maruti Omani (MH46 -8647) in April09 from Specta Moters - Dombivali.

I want to register my displeasure towards the extrimly unsatisfactory services given to me by Spectra Moters Work Station- Thane.

I have been visiting to this service station from last 4months with the same complients, meeting diffrent people every time with diffrent views, opinion & resolutions for the same. Eventuly the problem aggravated to such an extend that my vehical is lying at ur service station from last 1week making it absolutly useless for me.

When purchasing this vehical all the high promisses about the warrenty has proved to be false. As a last chance to you rectify this mistake and upheld the high reputation of your esteemed organisation (MARUTI).

I request you to recomened an assined a senior personnel to address this issue.
