I had bought a maruti swift months back. and it was in excellent condition. last month i had a light accident and the bottom of the car hit on a stone.i took the vechile to the popular service centre on 13th july. they told they have to change the parts and it had to come from gujarat. and the car will be delieverd as soon as possible. but unfortunately i did not get the car till now. each day when i call they say the parts are not here yet and they will deliver it next day.and now it is almost a month with out the car. and now i regret abt buying the car from popular services and such a bad a customer service from maruti.
