I couriered 1 pkt containing a fabric sample & 4 blank crossed cheques to one of my valuable customer on 10th March'11 Noon. I was assured that the packet will reach nxt morning.

Its already more than 2 days & I have got no response fromhe company. I have called more than 100 times but they have no time to listen.

I have told them specifically that it quite risky as contains CHEQUES.Moreover the customer is waiting to receive the payment. But they are not bothered. I have no option except to "STOP PAYMENT" the cheques.

Even one executive misbehaved with me on the phone & told me "DO whatever you want" "DONT CALL ME AGAIN BEFORE MONDAY" "SHUT UP..I WILL NOT TELL YOU MY NAME" I request you to take stringent action against such worse customer service companies.

I couldnt give payment to customer on time resulting in loss of reputation. I lost a potential order from the customer as the company didn't deliver` the packet. Moreover I had to rush to bank for stop payment of cheques. Their executives misbehaved and used foul language with me resulting in mental & physical harassment.

PLEASE MAKE SUCH COMPANY REALISE THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SO THATTHEY THINK TWICE BEFORE MISBEHAVING WITH CUSTOMER.
