About the Virar People in Lokshakti Express

I am doing this complaint again and again, but I am not getting any response from western railway or any other authority. Is their point in making online complaint? If you are not replying the customer complaint then kindly close the web site.

Why people from Virar are boarded in the Lokshati Express and the people who have done the reservation, they do not get time to get in the train from Virar as there are a lot of people to get down from the train.. Why these people are not go by locals.. And they are disturbing the whole coach by creating the noise while playing the cards.. Whats the use then if we people do complaints again and again and you guys do not take any action... You are making us fool and nothing else...
