I had booked a meru cab on 8/1, they sent me a message with my reference no. and stated that my cab booking was successful and the cab would reach me on time. Still i called them up an hour ago the time of pickup to confirm my booking. The attendant took my reference no. and told me that my booking was successfully booked and the cab driver details would be sent to me 30 minutes prior to the pickup time. I had booked the cab at 11:30 PM to the international airport. The meru attendant calls me up at 11 :10 and tells me that they won't be able to send me a cab as none of them is available. This has happened with me a couple of times earlier but i ignored it. However, now it has become their daily routine to backout at the last minute. I request serious actions to be taken against them.
