Now it is 6 P.M and from 11 A.M onwards I am waiting for the important document courier which is supposed to arrived from Patiala, today. Since morning your website shows that person is on the way of delivery but nothing has happended till now. Your executives sitting on customer care service are totally irresponsible and not co-operating at all. They are not telling the truth / exact time of delivery of the courier.
