Poor attitude of Attendant in Paschim Express

Dear sir/madam,
I am travelling (up and down) very often from Chandigarh to Mumbai in Paschim Express. I would like to bring the matter in your notice that Attedant in AC Coach (3 TIER) is not distributing Hand Towels without requesting by passengers. Even he is providing only after made repeated request of 4-5 times otherwise he is not willing to distribute the same. The attitude of attendant is very poor while serving and collect the bedding to all passengers.
Kindly issue the necessary instructions to concern supervisor to take required action and improve the service in train.
