Dear Sir
I booked two tickets for 21.05.2011 in AC II tier from Nagpur to Varanasi. The ticket was not confirmed and hence I cancelled the ticket and got the TDR no. 520393 dated 23.05.2011. The value of refund is Rs. 2632/- but till date I have not received the amount.
You are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful to release the amount.
