Sir,

I have submitted my complaint earlier and have not responded. Being Japanese company and that so renowned earlier Japanese companies were not tolerating bad word (complaints) about their companies as they were so ethical and responsive to customer. Now my experience is so bad that they are so unresponsive that Honda is not listening to the customer. Your dealer are much beyond that. Even they are not responsive to customer they always fooling.

I have written to you earlier that Shri Nilesh bhai, Manager of CR Scooters (your dealer and service center) at Vadodara when my daughter went there
