Flight cancelled no refund over 45 days

Hello,

My wife's flight from Cedar rapids to Chichago (US Airways (Operated by United) ) was cancelled due to bad weather on April 19th.

My connecting flight (AI-126) from Chichago to Delhi was rescheduled to depart one hour prior to the departure time- April 19th, there was no way i could get the connecting flight.

I had to cancel the trip. I called clear trip April 19th 10AM CST and made a cancellation request.

I was told that it will take 2-3 weeks for refund, its already more than 45 days now, and i didnt get any status / response from cleartrip.?
