I have return several letters since 10/07 but so far no reply kindly help.

I have not received refund for the failed transaction while booking online helicopter services

from Sanjichat to katra. where money got deducted due to failed transaction.

Reference no MVDH/192226 booked on 10/07 the helicopter journey date 26/07

the money deducted Rs 710.37
