Discrepency in helicopter (Toy) purchase from TVS SKY SHOP

I, Purchased a Helicopter (Toy) from TVS SKYSHOP / TELEBRAND, SIMPARK UNDERGROUND MALL, SHOP NO - F/22, GATE NO - 4, LINDSAY STREET, KOLKATA - 700087; MOBILE: 9830092025

The said Helicopter was not flying as explained at the time of sale.

The said vendor, told that this helicopter shall fly at a height of around 30 - 40 feet.

After purchasing the said helicopter for Rs 2238/- I returned home and tried for the helicopter to fly, but unfortunately the said helicopter couldn't fly, and the said equipment is also receiving battery charge.

I went to the above said vendor, he exchanged the helicopter, but the next helicopter is also facing the same problem.

Now the Vendor says that itsnot his responsibility to make that helicopter fly and he cannot do anything.

My complaint is that if the helicopter does not bears capacity to fly at a height of 30-40 feet the said vendor has cheated me and the purchase price of Rs 2238/- has gone in vain.

hence I would earnestly request you to kindly look into the matter and guide me the way.
