Non delivey of shipment

I have booked the shipment on 12 Mar from Bangalore to Jamshepur (7794986113).

Till 14th it was in Delhi. on 15th it was despectade for Kolkata, and after that no update in web track and today is 18th Nar2012.

I have contacted customner services Bangalore. Poor lady bluffs every time. She said that she will resolve it and call in one hour and then after 4 hours, i have to call and receive same answer.

There is no contact provied for escalation.

Today, i searched the Jamshedpur delivery address branch (cell-9135140022), and before i could speak, the person said that its sunday, holiday and disconnected.

Is this company is run by Banias/Marwaris or some professional.

I am yet to understand how they are running it. No one has clue about where the shipment is.

I would ask the concierge desk to stop overnight express in our company and will write to facilities as well. I have been a DTDC customer and never faced a problem to this extent. Its my mistake to opt for this disgusting organizations run by thugs.
