Money refund

Hi,

Had a duplicate booking issue while booking my ticket from chennai to KL, means had 2 tickets delivered to me and i mailed the company reg, .this so they asked me choose a flight and i flew with the same. The other ticket they said they ll return the money..but even after their 31 days waiting period still no reply from them... and i keep mailing them..kindly help me to get back my money
