Delay in Providing Filled in Cylinders

We have a complaint with Pattammal Gas agency Tambaram. They have given four Telephone numbers to contact them. But at most of the time we will not be able to reach them.

If we book a cylinder, they will give assurance to provide the cylinders in 10 to 15 days of time. But they will be delaying in the process. When we ask the reason for the same they will be telling all sort of stupid stories that can't be accepted. say for example

1. Receipt has been given for despatch, you will have to call the delivery man

2. We need to get the load, then only we will be able to provide you the cylinder

3. In another 2 days you will be getting the cylinder.

4. Atlast they will simply cut the call.

Try to solve this asap or else is there any other dealer to give connection.
