IRCTC - Regarding Boarding quota

Hi,

Today i booked from Dausa to Ahmedabad with Boarding Point as Jaipur. My PNR No 2529845915.

But the Tickets were booked with Waiting list where as there were 213 tickets avaliable from Dausa. The waiting list was for Jaipur Station so only i booked it from Dausa. I am charged from Dausa where as they provide me Booking from Jaipur.

My Complaint is that when they provide Booking from boarding Station Status why are allowing to book from other Station which has confirmed Seats and also they charge with From Station and not boarding station in such cases. this is Pure Cheating from IRCTC booking site.

Please give quick Solution
