Faulty Battery

I had purchased a TVS Apache RTR 160 bike. And the battery which came with the bike happened to be a faulty one. When i inquired about it with the dealers they temporarily solved the issue by just repairing it (where as it required a complete replacement). When the battery started causing problem again i went to the main dealers on 30-11-12 and they sent the faulty battery to the Exide godown to replace it under warranty. Now after 20 days and almost 7 visits and 100 phone calls they seem to be just indefinitely postponing it further giving some lame resons. I'm frustrated by this unprofessional behavior by the service team of TVS and I'd like to register a complaint against the Bommanalli Branch of TVS, Bangalore.
