Parcel is missing

Respected sir/mam,

on 26th of November i've booked a parcel of 500 wedding cards from Jodhpur to Allahabad in jodhpur howrah superfast train (12308). but till date that is on 19th December i've not yet received my parcel.

the parcel way bill no. is J 472078 and was on the name of Ankur Singh

please do what ever is possible to help me find the parcel as the marriage is due on 17th January
