IRCTC Website Poor Service

My name is deepak bhutani. My user id in www.irctc.co.in is dpk05. i wants to book tatkal ticket to pune for 22nd December. I was about to reach pune on 23rd december for office use. I tried to book tatkal ticket multiple times through irctc website on 20th december from 10:00 am to 11:00 AM. Again i tried to book ticket on 21st december from 10:30 am to 11:30 am again website didn't respond. this is a poor website. i was very inconvenient from this website. I request to take stick action against irctc website for customer time & other incontinent. In this website i there is only convinced for agents and this website is developed to fascilate agents only.
