Flight timing preponed and refusal for 100% refund

I HAd boks Air India Express Ticket (mumbai to Doha) through www.via.com, fkight timings at the time of ticket booking was 19:00 from Mumbai Airport, but on the day of departure when i checked with airline, i was shocked to know that flight timings is preponed and now flight was scheduled to leave at 13:30, that is 5 Jrs 30 mins before departure time as per booking.

I have received refund from Airline is Just 4080/- even though actual booking amount paid to Airline was Rs 7, 980.61
