Doubly charged for one ticket booking

I had booked one ticket for the date 23.04.2013. PNR is8608913032 . The irctc has charged me twice for only one ticket and my debit card message is showing 2 times deduction for the amount Rs 2471. Kindly give my money back which you have deducted extra one time (2471 Rs). Thanks.
