I purchased an e-ticket on 18-12 vide pnr-6115767240 for travelling satrachi (SRC) to digha (DGHA) on 29-12 (train No.15722). but the train was running with more than five (5) hours late. after that i cancelled the e-ticket on that day morning with the transaction id 0609722491 vide reference no.ekt2012122906571129. refund amount is still pending. kindly do the needful.
