I buy a new mahindra scorpio vlx on 31 august from the date of purchased the feature of cruise control is not working

on the 1st service of my vehicle i said to the service adviser that the function of cruise control is not working, & the unknown sound is coming from the tail gate, brakes are not working properly.& car washing is also not done in proper way.

The total staff of A.Automovers service is very careless and arrogant. The problem in my vehicle is same before the service and after the service, no service done by the service staff. They are not provide better service i am totally disappointed. what can i do.
