Air india (air ticket)
Not refunding of balance amount

I have cancelled my air ticket with pnr no. RHPG81 on 06/04 but the air line has not yet refund the amount in agent's account. Therefore agent is not making balance paymet of Rs.2444. the agent's refrence no. is FMN0D99HUAC in which the balance amount was supposed to be refunded, therefore you are requested to approach air india to transfer the refunded amount in agent's refrence no quoted above
