Refund of cancelled ticket

I am repeatedly writing this e-mail.

have not received my refund as of yet. Can you please let me know how the refund has been made?

I am very displeased with the behavior and customer service from Air India.

Kindly refund my ticket - the details are give below again|:

I had booked online ticket from Ahmadabad to Kuwait with PNR number - HPFCF.

This ticket has now been canceled through Air India office in Kuwait.

I would like the refund to be credited back to my credit card account.

The e-ticket number was - 0982401153803
