NON REFUND OF FARE AFTER CANCELLATION OF TKT

I had booked a tkt for Guwahati to Kolkata for 23rd April by AI730 using my SBI debit card, e Tkt no. 0982100600486.I got this tkt cancelled at Guwahati airprt at Airindia counter on 20 th April. I had also forwarded the mail to the airindia.nic.in & info@airindia.com. I have still not received the refund. Also all my mails are not being accepted & call centers are also not attending even the staff at Ranchi airport are clueless. It seems a big harrassment. Kindly refund the fare at the earliest.
