Sir/Madam,

We had got our tickets booked through internet and our schedule departure was on 8th May. However, due to the strike of Air India Pilots, our flight got cancelled and we were informed by the Customer Care Executive (Enquiry No. 1407) that the total amount will be refunded by Air India within 15 days time. However, 25 days have passed, amount has not yet refunded. Details of tickets are as under : -
