No refund of ticket cancellation

I booked a ticket from Coimbatore to Delhi on air india flight AI 658 in april for 06 May 11. Due to uncertain operations i had to cancel the ticket at Air India office, coimbatore on 4th May.i was assured that the entire amount will be refunded within two weeks. i also wrote an email to ecommerce as suggested. Furthermore i also filed a complaint on the toll free number. Since then i have made complaints at the toll free number 3 times but the amount has still not been refunded.my e ticket no is 0982100690750 and pnr no is ZB0QG. kindly suggest a solution.
