Air India Ticket not yet refunded

Hi,

Despite of sending multiple reminders, neither have I received any refund nor even a single reply from Airindia.

The case details are mentioned in my mails below to Airindia

Hi,

I have received a call regarding the ticket refund for the flight (AI 627 mumbai-nagpur date 29th Jul) I missed because of my earlier flight of Air India (AI 984 dubai-Mumbai date 28th Jul) was delayed by more than 2 hours.

As I have some urgent business deal I have to buy another airlines ticket. Expecting a full refund of my ticket.

And as discussed and confirmed with Air India Customer care, I am awaiting the refund amount for my missed flights from Mumbai to Nagpur.

I am travelling back to Dubai on 5th Aug. So expecting a quick reply from air india.

Please go through the details, otherwise i will need to take stricter action against Airindia. Currently i am out of India so could not able to contact air india.
