Sir i had booked my ticket of air india from delhi to jodhpur on 01 may 11 through air india website ecommerce.later duu to strike flt ai 471 got cancelled.i had communicated to them and asked for refund with scanned copy of my e ticket stamped by air india office jodhpur for full refund.
reply came from air india side that they will refund me with in 7-10 days.copy of reply from ecommerce site is attached but till now no refund has been materilised inspite of writing 3-4 times.kindly help me.
