Dear sir,

Subject: REFUND NOT RECEIVED YET MORE THAN 50 DAYS HAVE PASSED

I BOUGHT three tickets on 2/1 from Air India office sector 34 chandigarh, by my SBI credit card no.4006 6610 1838 0332

For flight AI 864 on 14 Jan from N.Delhi to Chandigarh

(it got cancelled due to AI pilots strike or else reasons)

THEN I APPLIED FOR FULL REFUND ON17/1 VIDE RECEIPT NO.063518

AT AI OFFICE IN Sec.34 CHANDIGARH.

The status on phone says amount has been refunded but

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AS CHECKED RIGHT TILL NOW. (6306x3=18918/ rupees)

I inquired for the same several times from the office from where transacted. and they say its been done

AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT IN MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT (confirmed by my bank credit account till today 12/03., )

So I request you to please check into the matter and resolve the matter and please credit the refund to my credit card account.
