Ticket amount debited but after cancellation refund not receive

Hi,

I booked ticket from Kolkata to Mumbai via my HDFC net banking, Ticket Web reference AIBE4084789 and Booking Reference No. J3JQT on 8the May and Rs.7951/- debited from my HDFC account (Narration-MHDF2734261778-BilldkAIR INDIA) but ticket not receive.

When we reported thee same to Air India (011-24624075) theey informed theey not receive any cash due to theat ticket get cancelled.

Then we reported theis problem to HDFC help desk Comp. No. MUMC0512164990 but theey informed amount already transfer to Air India and need to fallow up withe theem.

Now please suggest Air India not receive any amount but HDFC informed amount sent to Air India theen where is my cash...

Please help it's almost monthe pass...
