Refund Not received

Hello

I booked flight for 12 th may from Delhi to London, Flight has been cancalled by airindia

I asked for refund they replied me that refund will process within 15 working days

its 1 month Now!!!

but i have not recieved refund till now today is 11th june..

i email them so many times and called them but same reply you wil receive wihin 3-4 days

but now i am sending emails and they are not replying

its really annoying me and i am paying late fee of my credit card as well

today i called 01124624074 on this number and one lady pick phone & she was very rude to me and she didnot even tell her name but speaks very rudely to me and disconnect my phone. After that no one pick call

this is really bad For Airindia Airline, if they are doing like this... firsly they cancalled my flight before 6 hrs and then they are not giving my refund and now they are speaking rudely... i will not travel by airindia in my wholelife and i am suggesting to others as well..they are really cheap people
