I have booked a flight Sharjah-Cochin in August on Air India Express, Online using credit card.
The day before the flight, I was informed that the flight is cancelled and I'm eligible for a 100% refund of the ticket.
Some how I managed to book another flight and cancelled the AirIndia ticket. But I received only 70% of the ticket.
I communicated to the AirIndia express customer care by emails and also by Phone (Spent almost Rs.1000/- by phone and sent more than 10 emails). They told, they have forwarded the case to their financial department, and so far almost 8 months, I havn't received any response from them.
Please advise..what to do with this national air carrier!
