Dear Sir

I am an NRI. My issue is about non-refund of cancelled IA Ticket. Please see e- mail sent to them. I am not getting response despite reminders. I AM UNABLE TO SEND THE ATTACHMENT SENT WITH E-MAIL BELOW, BECAUSE OF SIZE RESTRICTIONS. APPRECIATE IF REFUND IS MADE URGENTLY AS TICKET WAS CANCELLED MORE THAN 3 MONTHS BACK. THANKS AND REGARDS

I have cancelled the following IA ticket on 19th Feb'11 at Hyderabad airport. Copy of the IA ticket cancellation issued by IA is attached. i have purchased the ticket on line and so far, it is 3 months and i have not got the refund to my account.
