Refund of Cancelled Tickets

I was booked online Two air Tickets (Dubai-Kolkata Journey dt.30.09.2011) PNR: Z5Y2T and (Kolkata-Dubai Journey dt.11.11.2011) PNR: Z5T1J. But unfortunately for my personal reasons, I had cancelled my both tickets through Air India Kolkata office. They had asked me to send a mail for refund amount. So, as per their advice I was mailed to eCommerce@airindia.in on dated 24.06. 28.06. 29.06.2011 and 05.07.2011 with some queries and also I am trying to these phones numbers 911124624074/75 for several times. Till today nobody attended my telephone and answered my email. Although, money have not refund into my Credit card account.

I am residence at UAE Sharjah. This is my very very bad experience with Air India as I was booked Air India Tickets.
