My mobile is disconnected

My mobile number is 9970968020... i got an SMS alert form airtel to submit address proof within 48 hours, i submitted my now staying address proof

the documents were...

1) employer letter

2) Passport photocopy

and company's photo ID

after submitting the above documents my service is disconnected, and im missing important calls

i dont know when will i get reconnected, AIRTEL has good impression on me, and request them to maintain the same...
